FIESTAS PATRIAS PARADE AURORA
SEPTEMBER 16, 2018 - PARADE
The Aurora Hispanic Heritage Advisory Board (AHHAB), Aurora Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (ARHCC) and The Aurora Hispanic Dollars for Scholars Foundation(AHDFS) in conjunction with the City of Aurora is excited to invite you to participate in the 2018 Fiestas Patrias Parade! The Fiestas Patrias Parade celebrates the sound and culture of Mexico, Spain, the Caribbean and Central and South America.
We welcome the participation of businesses, church groups, non-profit organizations, youth groups, schools, community organizations, etc. It is a great way to share in community spirit, thus learning about the rich Hispanic cultural heritage. Special recognition is given to the Parade unit that best represents Hispanic culture and traditions!
The parade is scheduled on Sunday, September 16, 2018, and kicks-off at Benton and River Street at 10:30 a.m. going north on Broadway Street, west on Downer Place and ends at River Street. The Parade Reviewing Stand will be in front of the David L. Pierce Art and History Center at 20 East Downer Place.

There is $350 fee for your participation in the parade and FREE For Non-profits. This fee applies to all businesses and political parties/candidates.
20% discount for applications that are turned in by August 17th, 2018
After receiving your complete application, an email of acknowledgement will be sent. At that time, you will also receive staging details and maps.
¡ABSOLUTELY- No applications will be accepted after August 31, 2018!
